The people answering the phones will be the people fixing the issue for you. We are committed to providing best practice to your organisation and will do whatever it takes to keep your systems up and running. It doesn’t matter if it is 10:30pm on a Sunday night, we will happily go onsite to fix a faulty modem at our same flat rate. We are based in Sydney but regularly do IT work remotely around the world.
